In the event of an emergency or in the opinion of the transporter I give my permission for a vet to be called to treat my horse(s). Any charges incurred will be payable by yourself. Please tick to agree your horse(s) have not been in contact with an infectious disease in the last 2 weeks. If they have please contact us prior to transport so we can arrange additional bio security measures. My horse(s) are NOT valued over £25.000. If yes please contact us prior to booking. I agree to pay for any damage caused by my horse(s) based on the manufacturers repair rates. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions. I agree that the horses passport(s) will be available on collection. I am the legal owner of the above horse(s) or that I have the owners permission to arrange transport. I acknowledge that all items & individuals travel at your own risk & are not insured by On Point Equine Transport I agree any photos taken can be used on social media for promotional purposes.
